Power consumption is more and more a focus these days with power bills ever increasing and with traditional T8 type fluoro tubes being one of the most common lighting sources in use, they are an easy target for reducing power bills both domestically and commercially. These LED T8 fluoro replacement tubes offer equivalent light output to a typical T8 fluorescent tube, but with half the power consumption, none of the annoying flicker, and often an increase in life expectancy. The upgrade is so simple with no rewiring required in most cases*; just remove the old fluoro tube and starter, and replace with the Viribright LED tube and starter (fuse). These are a "single side" powered tube that do not have a metal back, so are completely safe (unlike some tubes) and even Australian electrical safety approval certificates. Available in 2 foot and 4 foot lengths, in either natural white or cool white colour.

* NOTE: Not compatible with electronic ballasts. Light fitting needs re-wiring if fitted with an electronic ballast.
