Simply mount the light and adjust the head to where you want the light directed, then mount the solar panel with a 3m lead facing true north. The PIR movement sensor can be rotated and adjusted for optimum detection.

This solar hybrid feature ensures that even during wet seasons, cloudy days or at times when the solar panel may not be able to sufficiently charge the solar circuit, the Type C batteries will continue to power the luminaire for prolonged operation time. With both the power sources combined, the unit may operate for 6 months without the need of replacing the Type C batteries.

NOTE: The luminaire will always default to Solar mode when the inbuilt rechargeable Battery is sufficiently charge so as to efficiently use the alkaline Battery for prolonger operations time only.

If no alkaline batteries are installed in battery holder, the luminaire will still function as a normal solar sensor light.
