A scientific grade thermometer with fast response and laboratory accuracy. It works with K-type thermocouples and offers 0.1 or 1° user-selectable resolution over the entire measurement range. You can monitor two separate temperatures or use the differential function to compare them. An LED backlight will help to observe readings in low light conditions and the data hold function will capture readings instantaneously.
